Karl is a Licensed and Certified Hypnotist by the State of Indiana.  Indiana has the most stringent requirements for the profession in the country.  This allows Karl to offer his Indiana clients the latest techniques (previously available only to clients outside Indiana) to help them lead the successful lives and organizations they desire.  To learn more, contact Karl today!

Karl completed a certificate course in Mediation. He is available to mediate in a variety of cases in the State of Indiana (under Rule 8 of the Indiana Supreme Court ADR Rules). Of particular interest are cases involving disputes in the workplace between coworkers.

Karl is available for keynote addresses and other speaking engagements, to facilitate strategic planning and other senior level meetings, and to provide coaching for C-level executives.

Zimmer Advisory Group has recently added a new service to help owners of smaller businesses. Our Executive Roundtable provides a forum to discuss, in full confidence, issues particular to small businesses.
