Karl is now licensed as a Certified Hypnotist by the State of Indiana. Indiana has the most stringent requirements for the profession in the country. This now allows Karl to offer his clients even more of the latest techniques (which before, only clients outside Indiana were able to receive) to help them have the successful lives and organizations they desire. Karl recently completed a certificate course in Mediation. He is available to mediate in a variety of cases in the State of Indiana (under Rule 8 of the Indiana Supreme Court ADR Rules). Of particular interest are cases involving disputes in the workplace between coworkers.

Karl is available for keynote addresses and other speaking engagements, to facilitate strategic planning and other senior level meetings, and to provide coaching for C-level executives.
